MyBizConnects is the domain name of the web site of a Call Center operating here in the Philippines under the name GS BizConnection. Before you do business with this company think again and evaluate its records for your own benefit.
Operation here in the Philippines
MyBizConnects is a small call center operating WITHOUT the necessary papers to legally operate in the Philippines. It claims to have one permit but the rest of the papers to make them legal cannot be found.
They operate under the name GS BizConnection in the Philippines. Although the company claims to be registered, the MyBizConnects name is not registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission of the said country as well as in the Department of Trade and Industry.
Moreover, the company is not also registered as a legal Call Center based on the records of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). In addition, no records have been found from the Bureau of Internal Revenue or BIR that MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection is registered and has the proper Tax Identification Number.
MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection did not even push through their application for an Internet Connection from the Philippines’ leading Internet Provider, Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT) Company because of lack of registration papers.
False Information About their Work Force
At this page – http://mybizconnects.com/careers.php – MyBizConnects a.k.a. claims to have 100 seasoned professionals consisting of Philippine-based work force.
In reality, MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection only operates with 4 – 9 agents. The Call Center is owned by Shane J. Lawrence and managed by Mary Grace Babunas who cannot even speak fluent and grammatically correct English.

Babunas has been a call center agent in various Companies in the Philippines. During her employment she has been a laughing stock of her co-workers because of the way she speaks English. To prove this allegation, clients would even back out right after talking to Babunas.
Babunas, as the Manager, was once caught by a colleague doing copy paste on business proposals. Although she was never terminated, Babunas continues to do the same act. Click here to learn more.
After some time, an agent confessed that she was the one who made the proposal because Babunas let her do it. The bottom line is, the Manager of MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection does not know how to make business proposals.
Babunas has been the talk of the town when she left without proper notice and conversation with the owner of the Cafe where MyBizConnects started to operate. Babunas, in her wish to start off with everything, left the Cafe bringing everything despite of the conversation she had with the owner that they will discuss about things.
Shane J. Lawrence, owner and President of MyBizConnects a.k.a GS Bizconnection admitted that he ordered Babunas to do such a very unprofessional act.

How so? I had her [grace] take the cpu for the server and the ip camera which I paid for. I paid [name of cafe owner] the full rent for october even though we aren’t there anymore. More than fair.
According to this page – http://mybizconnects.com/technology.php – MyBizConnects is “built on high-speed, redundant, reliable voice and data networks that ride on best-in-class technologies”. Absolutely false.
The agents are using Surplus PCs and Internet Connection that is not used for Call Center operations. As a proof of their low-class Internet Connection, their system won’t even allow them to use all of the PCs along with the IP Camera. The presence of the IP Camera slows down everything. But even without the camera, all else is as slow as a snail. Would you still work with a company who will always tell you that their line was down and so they were not able to comply with your requirement or meet your deadline?
Dishonest Operation – So why work with them?
MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection basically undergo company information verification using the name of Dun & Bradstreet Directory. Investigation showed that MyBizConnects or GS Bizconnection has been and is never connected with Dun & Bradstreet. But up to the present, MyBizConnects or GS BizConnection continues to operate using D & B name.
Advice: Beware of the number 1-777-2962-934 that is calling you for your company information. Never believe any caller saying they’re from D&B unless you verify them first whether or not they’re from MyBizConnects or one of the partners of D & B Directory.
Careers at MyBizConnects or GS Bizconnection
PhP8,000.00 or eight thousand pesos is the starting salary for agents working at MyBizConnects or GS Bizconnection. It used to be PhP10,000 but for some reasons it was lowered down.
Six months probationary period which already includes the training. But if you are not good with the manager, you will be terminated for whatever reason she can think of during or after the probationary period.
Various agents were already terminated including the pioneer agents. They were all terminated because despite of the fact that they were working hard to meet their quota regardless of faulty lines, they were suspected to spread information about the habits of Babunas as a Manager – sleeping during office hours, tardiness, late in giving of salary, etc.
The President, Shane J. Lawrence, would also deny the release of any Certificate of Employment to any agent who will request for it.
SUMMARY:
Everything that you can see and read about MyBizConnects through their web site and in other postings they made are FALSE.
